1. Sign into your personal SharePoint site.
2. Click the Site Actions button at the top left of your homepage and select Site Settings.
3. Under the Users and Permissions heading, click the People and Groups link.
4. Click the New button and then select Add Users.
5. For each person you would like to invite to your site, click the Create button and enter that person’s name and email address in the Create Active Directory Account dialog box.
6. After submitting the form, they will receive an email with a username and password for accessing your site.
